Shanti Kumar
A former Controller General of Patents, Design and Trademarks (CGPDTM) of the Indian IP office, Mr. Shanti Kumar is a renowned name in the IP space. A graduate in electronics engineering and having procured an MS degree from the University of Texas, he returned to India to join the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR) to eventually become its Director. Mr. Shanti Kumar joined the patent profession after demitting the office of the Patent Controller. He now mentors our vast pool of patent engineers and scientists on all aspects of patent law.
