Management Team

	Manoj Pillai Well known name in the patent space, Manoj co-founded and raised a premier Indian IP boutique. He has considerable experience as a patent attorney. He continues to offer thought leadership in shaping the growth of the Indian patent system. Manoj plays an active role in building the patent unit of Clairvolex.
	Dr. Sushil Kumar A patent attorney by training, Sushil has a Ph. D in Chemistry and a bachelors degree in law. He has several years of experience in various aspects of patents including search, drafting and prosecution. He is the Executive Vice President at Clairvolex leading and mentoring a large team of scientists holding advanced university degrees in various science disciplines.
	Vedant Pujari A lawyer by training, Vedant has several years of experience as an IP attorney specializing in trademarks. He heads the IP Information unit of Clairvolex and leads a team of IP analysts, information scientists, computer programmers and data processors. Vedant gives leadership to a one of its kind initiative of Clairvolex to build India's first comprehensive electronic IP database (CIPIS).
	Hitesh Kumar Baliyan After acquiring a management degree in the year 2000, he joined the off-shoring industry and acquired diverse experience in sales and marketing of multiple businesses and verticals. He leads the business development functions at Clairvolex.
