Clairvolex’ ethical considerations do not allow us to work with conflicting clients. Prior to taking up assignments, Clairvolex has a 3-level Conflict check, involving a Business Interest Check, Technological Compatibility Check and a Subject-Matter level Check. To further our endeavor, Clairvolex has in place a robust system that undertakes conflict checks at all rungs of its dealing.
Clairvolex in its dealings ensures that all the requirements of the Conflict Clearance Check are met, only after which do we move ahead to further our assignments. This Conflict Clearance ensures complete client satisfaction while minimizing a battle of interests that may be likely to arise.
